- This Public Notice is issued by SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) to caution the general public, students, parents, educational institutions, business associates, overseas partners, consultants, recruiters, and all concerned that it has come to the Company’s knowledge that certain individuals, agencies, freelancer, and business entities are falsely representing themselves as employees, Directors, partners, associates, franchisees, agents, authorized representatives, or B2B business partners of SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) without any authority or approval from the Company.
- The Company hereby categorically declares that no person or entity is authorized to represent, negotiate, enter into agreements, collect payments, offer services, make commitments, or use the name, logo, goodwill, business identity, or reputation of SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) unless specifically authorized in writing by the Company’s Board of Directors or an Authorized Signatory.
- Any representation made by any unauthorized person or agency claiming association with SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) shall be false, unauthorized, and illegal. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any promises, assurances, financial transactions, agreements, representations, commitments, contracts, or obligations undertaken by such unauthorized persons or entities.
- The general public is hereby advised to exercise due diligence and verify the credentials of any individual or organization claiming to represent SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) before entering into any transaction or making any payment. Any payment made to unauthorized persons shall be entirely at the payer’s own risk, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
- The Company further cautions that any unauthorized use of its corporate name, business identity, goodwill, logo, branding, documents, or false claim of employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or business association may constitute offences including cheating, personation, forgery, criminal breach of trust, identity misuse, passing off, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, cyber offences, and other civil and criminal wrongs under applicable laws.
- Accordingly, SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) reserves its right to initiate appropriate civil, criminal, and regulatory proceedings against any person, agency, consultant, organization, or entity found indulging in such unauthorized acts, including proceedings under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (as applicable), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, and all other applicable civil and criminal laws, in addition to seeking damages, injunctions, recovery of losses, and all other remedies available in law.
- Any person having knowledge of such unauthorized activities is requested to immediately report the matter to SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) along with relevant supporting documents.
- This Public Notice shall be treated as sufficient caution to all concerned. Any person continuing to misuse the name or falsely represent an association with SAKSHI GLOBAL EDUCATION AND IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED (SGEIC (P) LTD) after publication of this notice shall do so at their own peril and shall be solely responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom.
